Iosif Andriasov
Born in 1933 (Moscow, USSR) to Armenian parents, Iosif Andriasov was a classical composer and philosopher. Iosif moved to the U.S. in 1979 and passed away in 2000 (NYC). Throughout his life, my father faced significant political struggle in both countries, yet his mission remained clear: to help people strive towards virtue and deeper understanding. His diary was kept by his wife/widow, Marta Andriasova (Kudryashova).
Arshak Andriasov
Arshak Andriasov, born into a family steeped in artistic and philosophical traditions, is a classical composer and writer. As the son of the renowned composer and philosopher Iosif Andriasov and musicologist Marta Andriasova (Kudryashova), Arshak was immersed in a world where music and morality were intertwined. This family upbringing and personal experience has shaped his outlook on life.
Marta Andriasova (Kudryashova)
Born in 1941 (Moscow, USSR) to Russian parents, Marta Andriasova (Kudryashova) was a musicologist and Dozent of the Moscow Conservatory. Marta is the founder of IMMA Publishing Co., which is the official publisher of Iosif and Arshak’s music and philosophy. Marta wrote several books, including Essays on the Music of Iosif Andriasov, which features information about each musical composition by Iosif Andriasov.
